Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Dozoluxe website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not order. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
About the shop
Dozoluxe sells women’s bags, shoes and ready-to-wear online. We do not operate a physical store. Product photographs are taken in our studio; screens render colour differently, and natural leather, suede and wool vary slightly from piece to piece. Small variation in grain, tone and marking is a property of the material, not a fault.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received it, not an acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we send the dispatch email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, priced incorrectly, or we cannot ship to your address, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
Prices and currency
All prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of import duty and taxes, which are handled as set out in our shipping policy. We may change prices and run promotions at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at the moment you place your order. Where a discount code has been applied, the discounted price is the price you pay.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering, through our payment processor. We do not store your full card details. If a payment is declined, the order is not placed. We may cancel an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, and refund any amount taken.
Availability and small runs
We produce in small runs and stock is limited. Listing an item does not guarantee availability. Where an item in a multi-item order is unavailable, we will write to you and either hold the order, split it, or refund the unavailable item, at your choice.
Delivery, risk and title
Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. Title passes when we have received payment in full. Delivery is governed by our shipping policy.
Returns
Returns, refunds, exchanges and our two-year guarantee are governed by our refund and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, product photography, the Dozoluxe name and logo, page design and code, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, not to attempt to access areas or data you are not authorised to access, not to scrape it at a volume that affects other customers, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Reviews and user content
If you send us a review, photograph or comment, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it on our site and social channels alongside your first name. You confirm that the content is yours to share and is not misleading. We may edit for length or remove content that is unlawful or abusive.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices.
Disclaimer
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Except where the law says otherwise, the site is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunity. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs action and extreme weather.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also bring proceedings in your own country, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. Material changes are announced on this page before they take effect.
