Every Dozoluxe piece starts on a workbench, not a spreadsheet. We buy leather and cloth in runs small enough to check by hand, cut in limited quantities, and keep the patterns on file so a bag bought this year can still be repaired in five.

That is slower, and it costs more. It also means the stitching holds, the hardware does not tarnish, and the shape stays after a hundred wears.
