Our story
Made in small runs
Dozoluxe began with a frustration: the good leather was either out of reach or asked you to accept a bag that fell apart in a year. We wanted the honest middle — full-grain hides, natural fibres, hardware that does not tarnish, at a price that reflects what the thing actually costs to make.
So we work backwards from the material. We choose the leather first, then design the shape it wants to be. We cut in runs small enough that a cutter can lay every piece by hand, and we keep the patterns on file so that a bag bought this year can still be repaired in five.
Nothing here is designed to be replaced next season. That is the whole point.

What we hold to
Full-grain materials
We buy leather, wool and silk by the hide and the bolt, and we check them by hand before anything is cut.
Small runs
Production runs are short. When a colour sells through we rarely remake it, which is why the site is never fully in stock.
Comfort by default
Heels are built on a last we tested for a year. If it hurts after an hour, it does not go into production.
Repaired, not replaced
We keep the patterns and hardware for every piece so it can be fixed rather than thrown away.
Materials worth the wait
Vegetable-tanned calfskin from a family tannery in Tuscany. Grade-A Inner Mongolian cashmere, two-ply so it does not thin at the elbow. European linen, woven mid-weight so it hangs instead of clinging. Each one is chosen because it gets better with use, not worse.
